I am glad you’re here. Truly!


I began meditating about 10 years ago and still every day, I learn from my own practice. It’s quite humbling and exciting!


Today, I wanted to share a meditation tip with you.


I think meditation can get a bad rap at times, because there’s an underlying belief that says, “In order to reap the benefits of meditation, you must meditate for hours at a time." And that is simply, not true. Even five minutes a day can change your mindset and way of being.


Today’s video, I share a tip that could help you with your own meditation practice or give you the extra inspiration you need to start your own practice.
