Softening into Yourself
Have you heard of this before: Softening your edges? I hadn’t heard anything about this until I saw my Acupunturist and she told me that softening parts of myself would help me feel more confident and happier.
She was right.
If you know my story, you know that feeling good about myself and my life has been a number one priority for me, but it hasn't always been easy.
There are so many things that prevent us from feeling good enough, happy, and fulfilled in our work and relationships.
For me, it was this constant voice who told me that I wasn't good enough.
Softening our edges can help us loosen the grip we have on ourselves. The kinder we are to ourselves, the kinder our life feels.
